Hello and welcome to the CTMH SOTM Blog Hop. We have over 70 participants this month! If you've come here from Michelle's Blog then you are on the right path. Should you get lost along the way, then click HERE for a list of participants.
October's SOTM, Home for the Holidays, features a set of 7 images that are good for both scrap-booking and card-making. Most of the stamped images can be cut using CTMH's Art Philosophy and you know what that means-- less manual cuts:)
For this blog hop, I choose to create 2 holiday cards.
I created the first card using CTMH's new Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge. I choose to make a card with snowflakes cut out. I backed the cut out snowflakes with a blue B&T.
For the polar bear, I stamped it using Black Archival Ink and used Art Philosophy for the postage stamp shapes.
For the second card, I used Art Philosophy for the ornament shapes. I then heat embossed it using CTMH's new silver embossing powder.
The white overlay is from CTMH's Artbooking Cricut Cartridge.
I hope you enjoyed these cards! If you would like to order this stamp, but don't have a consultant, then please visit my website. Next up is Jen Patrick. Please visit Jen's Blog and all the other consultants on the hop. Thanks:)

CTMH-- Scaredy Cat-- Halloween Kits
Hello,
A few weeks ago, I was lucky to attend a CTMH event called Thriving/Striving in order to celebrate 30 years of CTMH. Lynn Como earned the event and that meant that me and 25+ consultants got to spend time with Kristina Widtfeldt and Lynn Como!!
At the event, I created and designed the first LO below. Lynn Como designed the second one.
For the LO above, I cut out the spider and webs from Artbooking-- so spooky!!
The LO above was created by Lynn Como. To cut out the tree, we used the CTMH Artbooking cartridge and hit 'fit to page'. I love how it came out!
I'll be having this kit available for our Oct 25th crop in Norwell MA. The kits are pre-cut with instructions. To have the kit for the Oct 25th crop, please order by Paypal below by October 15th.
If you can't attend the Oct 25th crop, then you can order the kit-- please select the second option.
Thanks, for stopping by, Maureen:)

CTMH Pathfinding Accordion Book-- Workshop/Kit
Hello, I posted this accordion book a couple of months ago, but it was missing some stamping and personal touches. Last weekend I was able to complete the book. I will have this kit available for the October 25th Crop in Norwell. The kit will be pre-cut and come with instructions. I tried to keep it simple:)
The price for the book is only $22 if you attend the crop or place an order of $30 in CTMH products. Otherwise, the book is $30. (Sold out)
All of the material is CTMH, with the exception of the chipboard accordion book and the aqua ribbon. The chipboard book is discontinued, but I was lucky to pick up 20 albums. So if you love this kit, please be sure to order before they are gone!
Here's a picture of one side of the accordion book. Each side comes with 7 pages for a total of 14. To make it easy, I used the coordinating Pathfinding Chipboard shapes and stamped a few sentiments.
For the outside of the book, I used more Pathfinding paper and chipboard shapes.
Above is the other side of the accordion book. I just love how it came out.
Below are some close-ups.
For the side of the accordion book, I stamped Thankful from the Pathfinding WOTG.
I hope you like this book as much as I did. Please be sure to sign up below or on the classes tab in order to get yours!
Thanks for stopping by and scrap on:)

Halloween Cards and Treat Bag-- Class 9/20/14
Hi, I finished up my Halloween cards last weekend. I also made a little treat bag with CTMH's Quick Treat bags-- I love how it came out! The kit came with little stickers to put on the candy.. so cute:)
Here's a look at the Halloween ensemble. I'll be teaching this set at my next crop on 9/20/14. Get 3 cards and the treat box for $13. And who says 13 is unlucky:)
Love this witch card. The stamp set is a bit retro. I used one of CTMH's new punch to punch out the chevron border.
I designed this card with my 2 nephews in mind. It's spoooooky!
This is the first Halloween card that I made a couple of weeks ago.
Here's a close up of the treat bag. It is filled with 'Bulls-eyes'.
I hope you can join me on 9/20. Please email me or sign up under the Classes or Kit tab.
If you can't join me, then order this cute kit for only $13.
Thanks for stopping by and scrap/stamp on!
Maureen

CTMH-- Trick or Treat Sweets Card
Hello, I'm trying to get ahead of the game, so I created 2 Halloween cards. My next two crops are 9/20 and 10/25. I'd like to offer a Halloween card class at the 9/20 crop. Looks like I better get cracking:)
The design for the first 2 cards was loosely based by CTMH's Snowhaven card kit on page 76. I just love that diagonal look!
To get the diagonal look, I simply cut the B&T (ivory with small dots) at an angle and the cut an orange strip at an angle and stamped 'Frightfully' on it. Next, I kept the angles going by using washi tape and other pieces of patterned paper. Once I got going, it was easy!
Here is the cat one and he is 'Frightfully Cute'!!
To create this card, I used 2 stamp sets. The cat and Frankenstein are from the 'Trick or Treats Sweets' stamp set. The sentiment is from the 'Halloween Greetings' stamp set. (I'll be working with the 'Halloween Greeting' stamp next.)
Below was my sample card, so its a bit crooked, but equally cute:) I colored in the Frankenstein with CTMH's new Shin-Han markers.
This weekend I'll be attending a local CTMH seminar for consultants hosted by Lynn Como. We'll be making Halloween cards and LO's. Stay tuned for more 'Frightfully' fun and cute projects.
