Happy Sunday!
Guess what...it's only 35 days until Easter! So, its time to get a move on those Easter cards.
To inspire you to create, below are 4 cards that I made to celebrate the holiday.
For the first card, I used the X stamp. The 'Easter Animals' stamp is on page 62 of Seasonal Catalog.
To color in the bunny, I used my Copics markers. For the sky, I daubed some blue ink for the sky.
For the second card, I used last year's stamp of the month. I really liked this stamp-- I have 3 extras! Gail Cross' card was my inspiration-- I love how she used the diagonal embossing folder and then cut out a diagonal shape to stamp the sentiment.
Rather than color this bunny in, I stamped it in black and then paper pierced the ears and dress.
The next card, I used the Mini CTMH stamped called 'Easter Basket' (M1199). These mini stamps are a steal at only $2.95 each!
And, because I love vellum, I used some for the sentiment.
For the last card, I used a sketch from the new CTMH Card sketch book.
Here, I layered paper for the background and simply stamped on vellum. I also used the CTMH border die and cut out a silver foil border.
Well, I hope this is enough inspiration for you! Let's get going and bring on spring:) I'll be teaching these cards on Saturday, March 3rd. Please see "Kits" tab to sign up.
Thanks, Maureen

CTMH Chelsea Gardens Two 2-page Layouts
Hi, I'm back again! I told you I get lots of crafting done on a long weekend:)
Here is two 2-page layouts using the CTMH's Chelsea Gardens. I attended a CTMH retreat in Arizona this past Fall and we were lucky to use this new paper line. The colors are soft, but you can give it a kick by using darker grays and adding the black CTMH compliments. The LOs are perfect for spring-- which will be here soon!
Here is some close-ups of the LOs:
Its hard to see on this photo, but I added some vellum. I just can't get enough of vellum-- its turning into my go to craft item.
I'll be teaching this class on April 24th in Abington, MA. Please join me if you can. If not, you can also sign up for a kit. Thanks, Maureen

CTMH Stargazer LOs
Hi, I hope you are enjoying the long weekend! I love having an extra day off because after I do all my errands and cleaning I can scrap:)
I finished up three 2-page LOs using CTMH's Stargazer line. I had so much fun with this whimsical line! I love all the primary colors.
I created the LOs so that they could be used for both boys and girls.
Here is a closer look at the first LO. I found the sketch on Pinterest and loved the triangles. To make the circles, I just traced different sized circles, easy peasy!
For the second LO, I cut out some hexagon shapes from the Artistry cartridge.
For the third LO, I cut out a globe using CTMH's We Are Here Cartridge. I stamped the title using 'Stargazer' scrapbook stamp set and the "A New Adventure" (B1565) "The World is Yours to Explore", "Reach For the Stars, and "Go For It:. Both stamps are must haves!
Here's a closer look at the last 2 pages:
I hope you liked these LOs. I have loads of pictures that will go with this paper line.
To order your pre-cut kit with directions, please click HERE. The kits will ship out in March and I'll be teaching this as a class on April 14th.
Thanks for stopping by:)
