Hello, welcome to August's SOTM Blog Hop. This month we have close to 70 CTMH consultants joining us. The hop is one big loop. If you just came here from Melissa's Blog , then you are on the right path. Should you get lost, please click HERE.
August's SOTM features "What a Hoot", a set containing 17 piece adorable pieces that you can mix and match.
I decided to add this stamp set to the LO that I was creating. I needed one more scrapbook page to document our completing the corn maze. And, wow, was this corn maze difficult! It took us almost 4 hours to complete!
Wooden tokens were given to us as we crossed the finish line. Well my brother in law went a little crazy and put them on his eyes! Maybe it was being surrounded by corn stalks for over 4 hours in the hot sun?? Well, Eugene is a big crazy at times and always is a HOOT!
To make the orange arrow overlay, I used CTMH's Artbooking cartridge. I simply cut the overlay at 11 inches and then backed every other section with coordinating paper.
Thank you for stopping by. Please feel free to leave a comment or follow my blog. If you don't have a consultant and would like to order the SOTM, along with some new products, then please visit my STORE.
Next up is Gina. Please visit her BLOG and all of the consultants' blogs.
Thanks, Maureen:)

The last card used the stamp from the Jubilee WOTG
Here are all 3 cards.
The Jubilee paper pack is only available through 7/31.

CTMH Sarita-- Geometrical LO
Hi, here's a LO that I did a couple of months ago. If you've noticed, geometrical designs are in right now. I decided to try this technique and cut out a bunch of random triangles and then inked them in Desert Sand.
The photo is a picture of my daughter and her cousins. While in Boston's North End, we came upon this gold painted Bruins hydrant. At first the kids ran over, jumped on it and touched it. Their expressions changed quickly once they realized that dogs often go to the bathroom on hydrants-- yuck!
Notice the stamped images: 'Awkward Family Photo' and 'We put fun the Dysfunctional'. These were part of a hostess only stamp set.
Let me know what you think of this design... is it cool or a hot mess??? I'm not sure??
Thanks, Maureen
CTMH Supplies:
Sarita Paper (X7171B); Sarita Stickers (X7171C); Sarita Assortment (Z1873)
Inks: Desert Sand and Outdoor Denim
Other: Maya Road metal heart.
