CTMH In This Together LO

I know, I'm on fire!  

Here's a quick LO using CTMH's 'In This Together' paper line.  This line is still available on my CTMH Store.  So, if you missed, grab some now while it's still available!

I just love the colors of this line.  If you end up with extra sheets, just turn it over for some non-covid patterns.

Check out some of these cute sayings:  'Like a Good Neighbor, Stay Over There' and 'What Day is It?.  Here's a close-up.

CTMH Stamptacular Blog Hop

I have been meaning to use my 'Kitchen Gnome' stamp and die set.  So, I broke it out and love it!!

Carta Bella Farmhouse Christmas

Hi again, just getting caught up on posting!

Today, I'm sharing a LO using Carta Bella's Farmhouse Christmas.  I know what you are thiking-- I don't live in the country!  But, this paper works for city celebrations as well.  After all, who doesn't love buffalo check, tractors and red barns!

Using this paper line, I documented the last Christmas before the Pandemic-- 2019.  Who would have guessed that we'd be socially distancing in 2020!  

For this LO, I used my Simple Stories wood paper and splattered some Black ink from my CTMH Shimmer Brush.  For the wreath, I used CTMH's Flower Market cricut collection.  This is a must have cricut collection.

Lastly, to give the LO more dimension, I brought in some wooden shapes, enamel dots and Jute twine.

Well, it certainly wasn't Farmhouse Christmas, but it all worked!

Carta Bella School Days

Hi everyone,

When I saw Carta Bella's School Days paper line, I immediately thought about my 8 years in parochial, Catholic grammar school.  I thought of school uniforms, Crayons, Chalk Borders, Penmanship-- everything.

I had planned to use this line for my own retro photos, but decided to use it for my daughter's 2021 HS senior year.  Despite the retro vibe, it still worked!

To give the LO more dimension, I inked on some numbers in Yellow Saffron CTMH ink.  I then splattered some Sapphire Blue ink using my CTMH Shimmer brush.

If you look closely a the photos, you'll see our little dog (Leo) and Baby Yoda.  Abby needed some tutoring!

CTMH Get Well Card Ensemble

Hello again,

One of my crafters requested some Get Well cards.  I created the ensemble by using the Daisy Meadows line by CTMH.  I also used a number of stamps that are currently on sale called Stamptacular!

Today, I'll show 3 cards in in detail and tomorrow, I'll showcase the last 3.

For the first card, I used the 'Daisy Meadows' Scrapbooking stamp and die cut.  I paired it with the sentiment.  The stamp/die set is on sale for only $25.

For the second card, I used CTMH's new 'Build a Rainbow' Die set.  This set is a steal for only $9.95.

The third card is one of my favorites.  CTMH has a new line of stamp/die sets called Besties.  This one is called Olivia and it is adorable!  This set is also on sale-- only $10 for the stamp and die set!

CTMH 'In This Together' Scrapbook Kit

Hi and happy Easter!

I can't believe its been over 1 year since the pandemic began.  Fortunately, I was able to get my vaccine 3 weeks ago at Boston Medical Center.  I look forward to being able to visit with family and friends who have also been vaccinated.  I'm praying that we are near the end of Covid!

Until then, I created this 6 page kit to help document our lives with Covid.  I used CTMH's 'In This Together' line.

Unlike the Photoplay lines, the CTMH Covid line colors are vibrant nd can be used for other events.  

The kits are ready to go.  I've only made a limited supply, so be sure to order yours!

Let's Get Sketchy-- April

Hello and welcome to the Let's Get Sketchy.

It's April 1st and that means it's time for a new sketch!

For this sketch, I used Carta Bella's Farm to Table line.  This line was perfect to document my daughter's trip to an organic farm this past summer.

The April sketch also included some mixed media.  So, I used my Green inks and wiped it onto the page using a small cello bag.  I then splattered some black ink.

Because I had so many pictures, I stretched the sketch and completed a second page.

All in all, I really enjoyed the April sketch and plan to re-use it again.
