Hi everyone.  I hope you enjoyed the holidays.  Mine was low key-- just my husband, 2 daughters, sister-in-law, and the 2 dogs.   My mom came by yesterday, but would not come in.  So, we exchanged gifts in the driveway!  With Covid, this will certainly be a Christmas that we will not forget!

Let's Get Sketchy Design Team

Carta Bella Hello Autumn

 Hi everyone,

Time is flying and winter will soon be upon us!  Here is a LO I did using Carta Bella's Hello Autumn paper line.  I just love anything with a truck on it!  

The colors of this line matched perfectly with my daughter's senior pictures.  The pictures were taken at a Mill in Massachusetts.  

For the design, I simply cut a few 5x5 squares and then cut them into diagonals.  By using a wooden base, it just makes the colors pop.

CTMH Serenity Scrapbook Kit

I just love CTMH's new line called 'Serenity'.  I don't know if you remember an old line called 'Pemberley' by CTMH.  Serenity reminds me of Pemberley-- the colors and design!

CTMH Gnome for Christmas

Hi again,

I back with more Christmas Cheer!  This time its Christmas cards.  CTMH has a few Gnome Stamp Sets.  I don't know about you, but I can't get enough of Gnomes!!  They are so stinking cute!

So, for my first set of Christmas cards, I just had to use the 'Gnome for Christmas' stamp.

To color these Gnomes, I used my Tri-blend markers.

Hi,  I can't believe its Thanksgiving this week!  Per usual, I still have not started to Christmas shop!!  I do this every year, but still manage to get it done:)

Photoplay Cabin Fever

Hi, I'm back again with another LO.  As I mentioned, I was able to actually scrap at an overnight retreat that South Shore Scrappers ran.

To continue my 'Covid Diaries', I used Photoplay's Cabin Fever.  This paper was perfect to document our time outside.  And, boy did we spend a lot of time outside!  My mom came over often and our dogs were out several times per day. I'm not sure what next summer will bring in terms of covid.  I know one thing, I will miss those simple days!

I used SGV file from Paige Evans to cut the Circled Stars.  Here's a closer look:

I just love the photo of our dog Rosie.  My daughter tried to do a continuous photo.  Check out her curly tail!

CTMH Summer Vibes

Hi everyone,

Recently, we held two small, Covid style overnight crops.  Because the crops were small, I was able to scrapbook!  

Below is a LO I did using CTMH's Summer Vibes paper line.  This line came out during the summer and is still available at my On-line Store.  This line can be used for summer or something tropical.

For this LO, I documented my oldest daughter's beach excursion back in 2015-- the summer before their senior year in HS.  Flash forward to today and they have all graduated from college!  Wow, times does fly.

To make this LO, I imply used the paper and stickers from the collection kit.  I popped up some of the stickers to add dimension.  I also added a wooden umbrella from my Kaiser Craft wood collection.  To finish it off, I splatted some black ink and added black enamel dots.

CTMH Core Catalog Product Blog Hop

For my project, I created two cards using CTMH's new Star and Heart Shaker Window Thin Cuts.  I just love the Circle Shaker Window and how it is so easy to use!  The Star and Shaker Window Thin Cuts do not disappoint.

Here's the first card using the Heart Shaker Window Thin Cut.  I used the new 'Lovely and the Gold Foil paper lines.  The sentiment was from the 'Happy Together' stamp set.  To cut the stitched heart, I used the Gold Foil solid paper and filled the Shaker with 'Loose Gold Sequins'.

Here is the second card using the Star Shaker Window.  My youngest is graduating from high school in June. I hope to make the graduation cards months in advance!  The 'Happy Together' sentiments work well here again.  To fill the shaker, I used some of my 'Julep Sequins' and cut some Sapphire Blue stars.

Photoplay Heart and Home

 Hello,

I'm back again with another Covid LO.  This one is of the time home with our dogs.  My husband and I have been working at home since March.  My husband works in the basement and takes breaks with our dogs!  He even set up a place for the dogs to snooze!

Sometimes, I wonder what our dogs think?  Do they know we are home ALL the time?  When we do go back to work in the office, I'm sure they will be like "where are they??".

I'm glad that I have been able to document these covid memories.  Although it has been hard, its these memories and stories that we will pass down.

Carta Bella Fall Break Scrapbook Kits

 Hello and happy fall!

To me, Fall is best of all!  Yesterday, I raked leaves and today I went for a nice walk.  The weather was perfect-- 60-70's!  I wish October would last for 60 days:)

To help document those fall memories, I created this 4 page Scrapbook LO.  The kit is pre-cut and ready to go-- just assemble and put those pictures down!

To make this LO pop, I added some blues.  The first one has a CTMH Mint CS and the second one has a distressed Blue Wood.

Lately, I've been creating lots of scrapbook pages.  So, it was time to create a card.  And, what a perfect stamp set to get back into the groove!

For this project, I decided to make a 'center step' card.  

I used the Tri-blend Markers to color the card.  For embellishments, I added CTMH's Wooden Arrow set, Blue Belle Gems and Silver Embroidery Thread.  The paper line is My Lovely.

PhotoPlay Monteray Bay

 Hi everyone,

I'm back again with another layout.  This time its from Photoplay.  Photoplay came out with a seaside paper line, Monterey Bay, in early 2020.  Since I live near the coast, I just knew I had to have this paper line.

By adding the Monterey Ephemera pack and a pop of Yellow Saffron cardstock, I created the following LO:

The Layout documents my daughter and her good friends-- Sarah, Maggie and Emma Lynch.  They have all been friends for over 10 years.

Here's a close up of the title.  I like to add a variety of materials in my LO's.  Here you can see wooden shapes, twine, enamel bling, stickers and Ephemera.

Carta Bella Family Night Scrapbook LO

 Hi everyone,

This Spring, Carta Bella came out with their 'Family Night' paper kit.  When I saw this line, I just knew I had to have it.  It's a retro line that can be used to document current family photos or photos from years past.

During the Covid lockdown, we started to play cards to pass the time.  Our favorite game was Rummey 500.  We played this night after night.

I cut the title on my Cricut.  I also fuzzy cut some dice and scattered them on the page.

I always complete each page by journaling by hand.  I decided to type my journaling and added a flip flap for more pictures.

In the Northeast, we are still in Quarantine mode, but can move about.  Just like I have never forgotten the Blizzard of '78, I will never forget Covid-19!
