Hi, I'm back with another one page LO using CTMH's Lollydoodle paper line. I have to admit that I wasn't crazy about this paper line. But, I really like the versatility and colors of this line.
I looked through my Pinterest boards for inspiration for the LO. I found a cute sketch with three banners. I took this idea and went with it, making changes here and there. I'm happy with how it turned out.
Ivy is the name of Abby's American Girl doll. Abby choose Ivy because they both share the same nationality: Chinese.
Last year, Abby and I attended an American Girl tea party in our town. In addition to the tea, we had Ivy's hair styled-- what a treat!
For the title, I used some old CTMH letters. The letters are white and you just rub some ink on using a dauber. I used Juniper and Cotton Candy.
I needed a few more coordinating embellishments, so I broke out my CTMH Washi tape stash!
Here, I just taped white cardstock and cut the hearts out using my Big Shot machine. You can also use the Cricut.
I hope you like this LO as much as I do. Please feel free to leave a comment or 'Pin-it'. Thanks for stopping by-- Maureen:)

CTMH Lollydoodle LO
Hello, my oldest daughter turned 16 in late March. To celebrate, she had over 20 girls over last night. After running around all day getting things for the party I was able to retreat to my scrap-room last night:) Here's a picture of the stunning cake:
It was a fondant cake from a local bakery. I think we saw one to many episodes of Cake Boss!!
The theme was black and pink. I put some black feathers on top.
While the girls settled down, I broke out a CTMH Lollydoodle paper pack and created this LO. The LO was based on a sketch found in one of "Scrapbook Generation's" sketch book.
These pictures were taken at the San Diego airport. Abby and I bought some neck rests for the 5.5 hour flight back to Boston.
Her neck rest should of said 'Drama Queen' instead of 'Dream Queen'! Check out her expression!
Feathers are sooo in right now. I used CTMH's Feather Stamp set to make these cute feathers in coordinating colors.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great week! Maureen:)

CTMH Card-- 'Dreamer' with Ivy Lane
Hi again,
Well if you haven't noticed, I love CTMH's new line called Ivy Lane. Here is another card using this paper. I made this card Sunday night too.
For this card I used a technique called sunburst. I've been wanting to try this technique for a while. And, what better way to try it than to pair it up with CTMH's Dreamer Stamp set. Inside the card I stamped the following saying: "all things are possible to those who believe". I just love that!
Thanks for stopping by, Maureen
Supplies
Stamp: Dreamer (b1439)
Ink: Smokey Plum, Olive, Desert Sand
Paper: Ivy Lane (x7178b)
Other: Silver Trim Tape (z1799)

MFT PI-- 4 Leaf Clover Card
Hello,
With my parents being from Ireland, we are very proud of our heritage. On the Sunday closest to Saint Patrick's day, my mother cooks an unbelievable 'corn-beef and cabbage'.
Here's a card that I made for my ma-mo!
The stamp is from My Favorite Things (MFT) Pure Innocence line-- 4 Leaf Clover. I usually paper piece these cards, but I'm colored the stamp using Copics markers.
I love layers-- the more the better! I used CTMH's Dot Embosser folder for the green paper and the CTMH scallop punch for the blue borders.
Here's a look at some of the other embellishments that I used. You can never have enough embellishments!
I hope you like this little card. Happy St. Patrick's Day!

CTMH 'Hoppy Easter' Card
Hi, back again with another card. The stamp, 'Hoppy Easter', was in last year's catalog and was carried over to this year's. I used an old Mojo Monday sketch for the inspiration.
To make the card, I stamped the bunny onto a piece of Bamboo card-stock. I paper pieced the egg and decorated it with glitter and bling. I can't seem to get enough of the new Embossing folders. This time I used the Chevron one.
Have to go and watch some of the Oscar's. Thanks for stopping by. Maureen:)
Supplies
Stamp: Hoppy Easter (b1423)
Paper: Ivy Lane (x7178b)
Other: Chevron Embossing Folder (z1925); Bitty Sparkles (z1263);

CTMH 'Some Bunny' Card with Ivy Lane
Hello, happy Sunday. It's March, so we are getting closer to spring! Here's a cute card that I whipped up using CTMH's 'Some Bunny' stamp set. The stamp set is only available to hostesses at a discounted price of $6.00! If you can't resist this stamp, then check out my monthly club and earn it for free.
I chose to use CTMH's new Ivy Lane-- I just love the greens, pinks and purples. I stamped the girl in brown Staz-on and colored her using Copics markers. I paper pierced the dress and bow.
CTMH just came out with Embossing folders-- 5 of them. I used the Quatrefoil on this one. I love the look:)
Well, I hope Spring will come soon! Have a great week and thanks for stopping by. Maureen:)

CTMH 'Windy Day' Card
Hello, it's been warmer here in the Boston area. A good portion of the snow has melted and you can see grass in some places! With that in mind, I created a card for Spring:)
In the Spring/Summer catalog, CTMH has this cute set for $17.95. You can either color in the stamp as I did or paper piece it. Either way, it's darling.
For this card, I was inspired by page 105 of the catalog. The catalog shows this stamp on a scrapbook page. So, I took some of the ideas and created it on a smaller scale.
I hope this little card gets you inspired for Spring!
Thanks for stopping by, Maureen:)
Supplies:
Paper: Lollydoodle (X7183B)
Stamp: Windy Day (D1579)
Other: Smoothie Striped Washi Tape (Z1923); Various Copic Markers
