Back again! Another one of my customers asked for more masculine cards. Here, I used the CTMH Cruisin' Kit. The Kit comes with a C size Stamp, paper pack, metal bottle caps, and chipboard numbers.
I've been working on a LO using this paper line and I will post it shortly. Here is card using this line. I love how the card came out, but must say it's ironic-- I choose the saying: Good Times are ahead. However, I should have left off the gas tank! On Pinterest, I found a quote that said "Beer is cheaper than gas. So drink beer and don't drive!". I hope the gas prices come down soon.
In any event, Cruisin is always fun! Thanks, Maureen:)

CTMH-- Zoology Stamp & Elemental Paper Line
Hi, hope you are enjoying this wonderful weather if you are living in the Northeast! Wow, it feels like late June.
Anyway, one of my customers has been after me to create some 'baby' cards. I used CTMH's Zoology stamp set and Elemental paper pack to do the trick. If you recall, both of these products were introduced in the Fall/Winter Catalog and were thankfully continued in the new Spring Summer catalog.
To make life easier, I used the CTMH Cricut cartridge to cut out the ticket stub.
Here's a list of CTMH supplies used: AP Cricut Cartridge, Elemental Paper Line, Zoology Stamp, Paradise Twine, Milepost (corrugated star shape) and inks: Dessert Sand, Cranberry, Lagoon and Yellow.
Thanks, Maureen:)

MME Miss Caroline-- more summer 2011 LOs
Looks like I either can't get enough of this summer-like weather or this paper line! It's probably a bit of both. Sometimes I find that a paper line just speaks to you. Again, the Miss Caroline line spoke of summer, carnivals, fairs, and rides-- just plain old fun:)
2011 was a big year for my youngest daughter Abby. Abby not only broke the 48 inch height restrictions (more rides), but she also won her first carnival game! And, to boot Abby beat out 2 older boys. Congratulations Abby!
If you love this paper line, see Dee at the Crop Shop-- there is still some paper left! I didn't buy it all-- well not yet:) Thanks, Maureen

MME's 'Miss Caroline'-- Summer LO
It's only mid March, the second day of Spring, and tomorrow's temperature may hit 85 degrees!! And, did I mention I live in Boston! Typically we still get snow storms in March, not wear shorts. So odd, but I'll take it after the winter of 2010!
Well in honor of this nice weather, here are some LO's of our summer trip to Canobie Lake Park in NH. Once I saw this new line of paper by My Mind's Eye at the Crop Shop in Rockland MA, I knew it would work. I love the 'board walk' paper and ticket stubs. To make it even more girlie, I had to use some pearl and grey ribbon. To ink it all up, I used CTMH's Juniper ink pad. I also stamped my daughter's name and added a journalling spot.
Happy Spring:) Maureen

CTMH Easter Card-- My Peeps:)
I have to admit that I absolutely love marshmallow peeps! CTMH came out with a stamp this Spring called 'My Peeps". By stamping them on colored papers, you can make the peeps in your favorite color. I have to admit that pink peeps are my favorite.
CTMH's new adhesive springs came in handy with this card-- see how one of the bunny just pops right out! My nieces and nephews will enjoy this card.
All CTMH supplies used: My Peeps Stamp Set, Cotton Candy Ink, Neutral Twine, Adhesive Springs, Sweet Leaf Ribbon, Bitty Buds and Lucy paper pack.

SBV Crop in Plymouth Ma
Hello, I had a wonderful time vending at a crop hosted by Lisa L. of SBV! The theme of the crop was the 1970's-- disco:)
There were many contests for layouts. Below was the winner for favorite LO. Judy won by using the CTMH Dreamin' paper line and complementary stickers, along with her own paper flowers & embellishments.

CTMH Lucy Workshop-- Sunday 4/1/12 @ 11am
Hi, I'm holding a workshop on the Lucy kit. We'll be making two 2-page layouts. The cost is the price of the kit-- $29.95, plus s/h/t. The kit includes a size C stamp, which we'll be using at a later date to make cards. Most of the images on the Lucy stamp are compatible to CTMH's AP cartridge. And you know what that means..... no cutting out the shapes by hand!!
If you created the first of the two layouts with me at the Plymouth crop, then come by and we'll do the next two pages! Cost for 2 pages, $15.00
Lastly, my finished layouts are listed below on my blog.
If interested in attending, please see 'Workshop' tab and/or let me know.
Thanks, Maureen:)

CTMH Card using: 'Quick Cards Butterfly', AP Cricut Cartridge, Florentine Paper, and Color Ready Ribbon
We'll be making this card at our next card workshop. I'm still working on getting dates together.
The card is 5x5 and I cut the tag out using the CTMH AP Cricut Cartridge. The cartridge has a ton of tags and I thought this one with the leaf/stem cut out matched the butterfly theme.
To make the butterfly, I stamped the entire image with 'Sunset' ink and then just dobbed this sides with 'Twilight' ink. So easy!
CTMH now carries 'Color Ready Ribbon'. What does that mean? It means you can ink it any color. To bring out the orange, I used the 'Sunset' ink pad and just dobbed some on.
Lastly, this stamp is only $6.95! Let me know what you think. Thanks, Maureen
