Are We There Yet??? 8 page scrapbook kit

 Hi everyone,

how is your February going?  It was very cold here in Massachusetts last week, but it was in the 60's today!  That is New England weather for you:)

Here is a scrapbook kit that I have been working on for a bit.  It is from the CTMH's "Are We There Yet?" line.  This line is Travel inspired.  After being in the house for years due to Covid, I hope to fill up these pages quickly!!

For this kit, I used some designs and Cricut files from a fellow CTMH maker, Jennifer Smith.  I've always loved Jen's work and was so glad to use her files.  

In this kit, I also used CTMH's Stencil Pack #1, Z6091.  This is a must have stencil pack.  I used the map and metro stencils on this layout.  A couple of months ago, I used the tropical leaves.  To use the stencils, I simply cut the stencil apart and apply whatever ink color works.  So easy!

Stick It Down-- February Card Sketch

Hello there,

I'm so excited to be on the design card sketch design team.  Scrapbooking comes very easy to me.  When I think of creating a page, so many thoughts come to my mind.  The same is not true for cards.  I struggle here.  Being on the Card Sketch team really helps!

Below is the sketch for the February card.

When I saw this sketch, I thought of a CTMH dies set that had a bunch of hearts on it.  I then taped some patterned paper behind all the hearts and stamped a Thank You sentiment.

Stick It Down-- February 2 page Layout

 Hi, Maureen here with the Stick It Down February 2 page sketch LO!!

For this challenge, I scrapped a recent tirp to Quebec City.  When I saw the large heart in the sketch and just new I needed a travel sign/globe  Well nothing worked better than this Route sign.  If took over 7 hours to drive from Boston to Quebue City!  

When we arrived in Canada at the border, we had to show our Covid Vaccine cards.  I remembered to bring mine but forgot to fill out a form that was due at the gate.  So, we had to pull into the office while I completed it:)

Stick It Down-- 2-page Layout-- January 2023

Hello and happy new year!

So happy to start this year with a great sketch from Stick It Down.

On Christmas Eve, we each picked an ornament that was special to us.  I chose to document this memory using Keep It Simple Scrapbooking (KISS)'s Scandinavian Christmas.  This line is so cute with Gnomes and Santa!

To make this LO stand out, I used Mintay's Santa and Ornament Chippies and decorated using Gina K's gold Glitter Gel.  It was a little messy, but loved the effect!

Fancy Pants-- Memory Lane Scrapbook Layout

Hi it's Maureen here. I'm still procrastinating decorating for Christmas! So, what to do??? Scrapbook last Thanksgiving. Makes sense to me:)

To document Thanksgiving, I used Fancy Pant's 'Down Memory Lane' paper and ephemera. Love it! I paired with some Mintay Chippies-- of course. I sprayed the Cheers Mintay Chippie with Dina Wakely's blue Marina spray. Love it. Added some stenciling for the blank spot.

Love it, now maybe onto Christmas??

Stick It Down 2 page Sketch-- December

Hi everyone,

I can't believe it's December-- yikes!  I have lots of Christmas shopping to do.  But, first I want to share the Stick It Down 2 page sketch for December.

CTMH has new line of paper called Seas & Greetings.  One side is for a holiday in the tropics and the other is for cold, winter weather.  With this paper and sketch in mind, my first thought was a snow globe!  I don't know about you, but when I see a snow globe, I instantly pick it up and shake it.

Using a Cricut image, I cut out a 10.5 inch snow globe.  Then, I carefully lined the edges with foam tape and filled it with lots of shaker goodies!  Next, I placed acetate on top and then glued down the frame.

Here's a closer look at the shaker.  One tip with shakers is to glue down a few of the sequins and shaker stuff.  This way not all of the shaker bits will fall to the bottom.

I'll be working on a process video to show you how to make this shaker.  Please check back in.

CTMH Interactive Christmas Cards

 Hi, it's Maureen here.  Wow, we are in early November!  This means Christmas card time!

If you've been following me for a while, then you know I don't make interactive cards often.  Scoring and measuring are just not my thing.  Well, CTMH came out with some interactive card dies.  And, now I feel like a pro!

I made a Pull Tab, Slider, and a Coffee Gift Card Holder!  If that was not enough, I dry embossed and then stenciled in some ink!  I am in love.

Stick It Down-- Two Page Sketch, Nov 2022

 Hello,

I'm here to share Stick It Down's two page sketch for November.  I used this sketch to document some Halloween photos.  To make the title, I used CTMH's small Shaker Foam circles and stenciled in a Web using Gray Ink.

This cute paper line is also from CTMH-- Fab-BOO-lous!  Love it.

Stick It Down-- Two Page Scrapbook Layout

Hi, I'm here to share Stick It Down's double page sketch for October!  

When I saw the fall theme of this sketch, I knew exactly what pictures I would scrap.  My daughter and one of her besties went to New Hampshire two years ago to see the foilage.  Here are some pictures of them enjoying their stay at the Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa.  

I began these pages by splattering Dina Wakely's Guilt Gloss Spray.  I then inked all the edes in CTMH's Toffee ink.  CTMH's Crisp Air paper line worked great.
